Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Graedance jewelry box and secure them within the shipping carton, ensuring all protective materials are included.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
